Step 1: Inquire & Connect
Reach out through our contact form or give us a call. We'll set up an initial conversation to share what's currently available or in development, walk you through the home, and answer every question you have.

Step 2: Tour the Plans & See the Vision
We walk you through detailed floor plans, architectural drawings, and 3D renderings so you can see the home taking shape — room by room, finish by finish.

Step 3: Finalize & Break Ground
We'll walk you through all the details — finishes spec sheet, lot information, pricing, and timeline. If there are selections still available to personalize, we'll discuss those options at this stage.

Step 4: Move In
We coordinate closely with your real estate agent and lender to make closing as smooth as possible. Move-in day should feel celebratory — and we intend to make it that way

Depending on where a home is in the construction process when you inquire, some finish selections may still be available — paint, countertops, small details. We'll be upfront about what's possible when we connect.

Agents are not required, but you are welcome to work with one! We work cooperatively with buyer's agents. If you don't have one and would like one, we can point you in the right direction.

Tract builders like the national volume builders construct dozens or hundreds of identical homes with cheap materials and minimal flexibility. A Georgia Premier semi-custom home is built one at a time, with premium materials, personal oversight, and the kind of detail work you'd expect from a custom builder.
